Rosé wine made from destemmed and hand-selected grapes using vibration and weight selection tables. It is a young wine fermented at low temperature together with its lees which, after a clarification and filtration process, is bottled in February.
Several plots located in the Rioja Alavesa and the Sonsierra area, with its typical calcareous clay soils. Average altitude: 550 meters. Vine training system: mainly Gobelet (bush vine system). Sustainable viticulture with 100% handcraft.
A pale and attractive pink is observed, intense on the nose, highlighting the fruity aromas of citrus, pineapple and jelly beans. On the palate it is soft and very balanced. Long and intense aftertaste. Serve it very cold.
