This is our youngest and freshest Albariño, made with grapes from our farms within the Rias Baixas, hand-harvested. Easy to understand, crispy acidity and slightly sweet finish.

VINIFICATION: Destemmed followed by a short maceration. Controlled fermentation in a stainless Steel tank. Bottled after three months of fermentation.

Pale yellow colour, limpìd and bright. High aromatic intensity, Young, pure fruit expresión, custard apple, pineapple and grapefruit.
