EXPENSES, FORM AND DELIVERY TIMES

The shipping costs applicable to our orders in national territory are in all cases 8€ for a six bottles pack. For orders over 100€, shipping costs are included for orders with destination within the peninsula. In the case of international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated based on the country of destination.
All orders will be delivered within one to four business days from the time of purchase, within the peninsula. This period could be longer in case of international shipments (not less than 7 working days).
The shipment is made through an external logistics company. Delivery will take place at the address indicated at the time of purchase. If the recipient is not found at that time, a notice will be left so that they can proceed to pick it up at the offices of the logistics company closest to their home.

RETURN GUARANTEE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our products have a GUARANTEE from the moment of purchase and for this it is essential to have proof of payment.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake, It would be replaced by the correct product, picking up the first one, without any additional charge for the Customer.

If there is a factory defect or it arrives in poor condition It is our responsibility to replace it or to return the amounts paid (by the same means of payment). BODEGAS BAIGORRI, S.A.U., is not responsible for the misuse or manipulation of the product by the customer, in this case it will not be returned.

The Client should know that the Spanish Legislation in its regulations Law 3/2014, of March 27, contemplates THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN.

BODEGAS BAIGORRI, S.A.U, guarantees the Customer the possibility of canceling their order at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you must wait to receive the order to process your return, which could incur additional costs related to transport.

The Client will have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item to return it, and the amount paid will be refunded within a period of 14 days from the receipt of their withdrawal, through the means in which the payment was made unless other means are agreed.
