Welcome to the BAIGORRI Restaurant. The ideal setting to enjoy the finest cuisine and the fusion with our fascinating culture of wine.
Deep down on the sixth level you will find our restaurant, an ideal place to rest and relax with views of the vineyards and the barrel cellar.
We offer a tasting menu with careful presentation and creative use of the local produce accompanied by our wines, including a guided tour of the six underground levels of the bodega.
We can adapt the tour timetables and menus for groups (subject to availability and under prior reservation).

STARTERS
Pink tomato gazpacho
Warm salad of prawn, ratte potato, quail egg and trout roe
Parmesan ravioli, fig gel on pumpkin foam and seeds
FIRST COURSE
Tuna stew cream and fried Basque chili peppers
SECOND COURSE
Lamb shoulder roasted in its own juice, endive and quince
DESSERT
Sorbet of Albariño Contrapunto wine and lime with pear osmotized in red wine and mint
