One more year comes to Bodegas BAIGORRI the Enogastronomic Getaway for wine lovers, an authentic oenological experience among vineyards together with Simón Peregrina, one of the winemakers of Bodegas BAIGORRI.
You can stroll through the vineyards, enjoy a magnificent BAIGORRI wine tasting, visit the winery’s facilities through its six underground floors with explanations from our winemaker, and finish with a Tasting Menu made with local products and accompanied by wines. BAIGORRI in our restaurant. The visits will be conducted in Spanish.
PROGRAM:
– 10:30 a.m. Visit to the vineyards of La Nava and El Mojón
At the foot of the vineyard, the different stages of the vegetative cycle of the vine will be explained, as well as the work we carry out during the year to obtain wines with character and personality.
If the weather conditions do not allow the visit to the vineyards, the oenologist will explain the work in the field from the winery’s viewpoint, surrounded by an immense sea of vineyards and with views of the Sierra de Cantabria and the town of Samaniego.
– 11:30 a.m. Premium wine tasting
– 12:30 p.m. Private visit with one of our winemakers through the winery facilities
Through its seven underground plants we will explain all the winemaking processes by gravity.
– 2:00 p.m. Tasting menu with BAIGORRI wines
BAIGORRI menu consisting of 6 dishes made with local products and accompanied by 4 references of BAIGORRI wines in our restaurant.
The capacity will be limited, with a maximum of 20 people. Throughout the day, a strict hygiene, safety and sanitary disinfection protocol will be followed to guarantee that the visit to Bodegas BAIGORRI is a totally safe experience.
This activity will take place with a minimum of 6 people. In the event that it is not carried out due to not reaching this minimum or for any other reason, the client can request a refund or an exchange for some other activity.
