11:30 a.m. Start of the day at the Glass Box and visit the vineyards of La Nava and El Mojón
At the foot of the vineyard we can enjoy the grapes in the last phase of the cycle, as well as a brief talk about the work we carry out throughout the year.
If the weather conditions do not allow a visit to the vineyards, the explanation will take place from the viewpoint of the winery, surrounded by an immense sea of vineyards and with views of the Sierra de Cantabria and the town of Samaniego.
12.00h Tasting of native grapes
1:00 p.m. Visit to the Winery facilities through its seven underground floors. We will explain all the winemaking processes by gravity.
2:00 p.m. Tasting menu at the BAIGORRI Restaurant
BAIGORRI Menu consisting of 6 dishes made with local products and accompanied by the classic range of wines or BAIGORRI Menu with a range of premium wines, including water, bread and coffee.
*Note: Grapes are not processed on Sundays, so we offer alternative activities.
Throughout the day, a strict hygiene, safety and disinfection protocol will be followed. We have very large and totally diaphanous spaces.
This activity will be EXCLUSIVELY carried out in SPANISH
It will take place ONLY with a minimum of 6 people. If the event that it is not carried out due to not reaching this minimum or for any other reason, the client can request a refund or an exchange for some other activity.
