Bodegas BAIGORRI apuesta por el control energético

Bodegas BAIGORRI, concienciada del gasto energético ha puesto en marcha un plan de ahorro energético gracias al sistema IGreen.
Este sistema  permite controlar a tiempo real el gasto energético de cada punto de la bodega y así averiguar qué zonas de la bodega consumen más y dónde y cómo podemos ahorrar.

Mediante una sencilla instalación, en la que sólo hay que intervenir en los cuadros de gestión, toda la información obtenida se pasa a la plataforma de gestión en la que se puede analizar al segundo.

La monitorización del consumo energético ha podido averiguar que el gasto correspondiente a las fermentaciones es el 45%, embotellado, almacenamiento y expedición el 18%.
Mensualmente se realiza un informe completo con todos los datos recogidos para tomar medidas estratégicas.
